Riesling 2010

This wine shows great character. Riesling is the varietal that you always want to have in the fridge. Much loved by wine makers and wine connoisseurs alike for its crisp flavor and defined palate structure.

Tasting notes

The nose opens with notes of citrus and nashi pear. There is a weight of fruit here that lingers on the palate. This wine has a richness and balance enveloping the fine line of acid that leaves the palate refreshed.

We like this with Asian foods.

Cheeses suggested: Gruyere, Blue, Colby, Monterey jack, Brie.
