Riesling 2011

This wine shows great character. Riesling is the varietal that you always want to have in the fridge. Much loved by wine makers and wine connoisseurs alike for its crisp flavor and defined palate structure.

Tasting notes

The pale green hue leads to notes of citrus and lime leaf. The palate is tight – minerally and citrus driven that will gently unfold with time in bottle.

Oysters (of course), seafood, white meats and Thai foods.
