This vintage has an oatmeal character with white flowers blossoms. It’s textured, savoury and crisp with no malolactic fermentation. Matured in French oak together with large barrel format fermentation, the wine gives maturity, richness and texture. The 2019 vintage was handpicked and received a true cool-climate viticulture and ideal gowning conditions after good rain in winter.

Vintage conditions: Good rain in winter set up an abundant Spring. After budburst, consistent good warmth and moisture meant ideal growing conditions. Long warm days through Jan/Feb left a lovely ripening period with no disease Issues.
