Floral notes on the nose give way to a savoury, dried-herbs style with fine-grain tannin - a 'long' wine. The 2014 Pinot Noir is textured and layered and will develop in the bottle to produce forest floor character - make it a great complement to meat dishes. This wine will continue to improve in the bottle for 5 years at least.

It takes a lot of time and care to grow this delicate noble little grape but it is well worth the wait. The conditions have to be just right; it likes warm days and cool nights.

Our 2014 vintage is a culmination of carefully managed practices from a very testing season with heat spikes and dry periods resulting in low yields and intensely flavoured fruit.

Estate-grown grapes only.
