Organically grown, hand picked, cold soaked, destemmed as to 85% and 15% whole bunch, this is an open air fermented drop made from estate-grown grapes only.
The boquet contains dark cherry notes, five spice and hoison; it feels gamey and savoury - in all the best ways!
Pairs excellently with duck, wild game, Asian foods.
