Pale colour. Pretty floral, lime, grapefruit, with verbena notes. Beautifully balanced and minerally with fresh lemon curd, lime flavours, touch of camomile, fine lacy textures and long indelible, mouthwatering acidity. Fresh, vibrant and delicious to drink. Some al dente notes at the finish gives lovely textural length. 11.5% alc
